- 1 / 5By Todd BollerLove Starbucks but tonight I went through the drive thru and the service was terrible. I was the only there. My coffee was already poured and I watched it sit on the edge of the counter for 5 minutes. The employee would come to window fiddle on computer and walk away. When she finally came back she was rude finally handed me my coffee. It was barely even warm. I usually hit Starbucks 3 times a day and tip $2.38 for a $2.62 cup of Jo. She did not receive it and doubt I am coming back.September 23, 2016
